THE RECENT KIDNAPPING IN OGBOORO: Ogbooro First Movement (OFM) Calls for Swift Government Action, Urges Community to Remain calm and Refrain from Spreading Misinformation..

The Executive of Ogbooro First Movement (OFM)  appealing to citizens to remain tranquil and refrain from disseminating unsubstantiated rumors in the aftermath of the recent abduction in Ogbooro. Instead, we should unite in solidarity to support the victim and their family during this arduous period.

Abduction is a egregious offense that can have calamitous consequences on individuals, families, and the community at large. The OFM implores the government to take prompt and decisive action to rescue the victim and bring the culprits to account.

In times of uncertainty and insecurity, falsehoods and misinformation can proliferate rapidly, leading to heightened anxiety and bewilderment. Therefore, we urge residents to rely on trustworthy sources of information and avoid disseminating unverified reports that could aggravate the situation.

We also counsel the community to be more watchful and security-aware, reporting any suspicious activities or unusual behavior to the relevant authorities.

The OFM acknowledges that the government bears the ultimate responsibility for ensuring the safety and security of its citizens. Thus, we call on the government to bolster security measures in Ogbooro Land and put an end to the spree of criminal activities disrupting the peace and social harmony in our community.

The recent kidnapping in Ogbooro community has drawn strong condemnation from HRM Oba Engr Kazeem Adio Adegboye, the Onisanbo of Ogbooro Land.
